Voyiatzakis Attorneys t/a N.R Voyiatzakis Attorneys is a sole proprietorship attorneys firm based in Pretoria North, directly across the road from the Pretoria North Magistrate’s Court and the Pretoria North SAPS.

The firm has been in existence since 2010 and is headed up by Nicholas Russell Voyiatzakis an attorney with more than 15 years experience in the legal environment. At N.R. Voyiatzakis attorneys we take on instructions on a wide range of legal cases, everything from divorces to protection orders.

At N.R Voyiatzakis Attorneys we have strategic contacts and partnerships with various Law Firms, Advocates and Experts and thus we can assist clients on essential legal matters. We also serve on various legal insurance company’s panels.

Nicholas Russell Voyiatzakis

Qualifications: LLB (University of Pretoria), LLM (University of Pretoria), Post Grad Diploma in Business Administration (UNISA)

Admitted Attorney in the High Court of South Africa

Bio: Nicholas is the founder and name sake of N.R Voyiatzakis Attorneys. He started off his legal career as a candidate attorney at Gildenhuys Malatji Inc. in 2006 and after being admitted as an attorney in 2008 practised as an Associate for just over 2.5 years and thereafter started N.R Voyiatzakis Attorneys in 2010. Nicholas has a keen interest in personal injury matters and divorces. He specialises in RAF matters, divorces, personal injury claims and general litigation.

Bernalee Campbell

Our newly admitted attorney, having been admitted in August 2025. She commenced her articles of clerkship with the firm in October 2023 and continues to practice with the firm.

She obtained her LLB from the University of Pretoria and is currently pursuing her LLM.

Bernalee’s practice area’s are focused on litigation, with experience in family law, civil, and criminal matters. She is regularly involved in both opposed and unopposed proceedings and has experience appearing in various courts.

Her experience includes divorce proceedings, maintenance disputes, and children’s court matters, as well as debt collection, bail applications, and general criminal and civil appearances. She has appeared in the Magistrates’ Courts and Regional Courts and has been exposed to matters in the High Court.

She assists in the management of matters from inception to finalisation, including drafting legal documents, preparing for trials, and engaging with clients and counsel.

Bernalee approaches cases with the necessary care and sensitivity required, while remaining focused on achieving practical, effective outcomes. She is committed to thorough preparation, attention to detail, and maintaining a high standard of professional service.

Alex Coetzee

I am Alex Coetzee, a Candidate Attorney at NR Voyiatzakis Attorneys. Born and raised in Pretoria North, I matriculated at Hoërskool Pretoria-Noord in 2020 and obtained my LLB degree at the University of Pretoria in 2024.

I enjoy applying analytical thinking and problem-solving to the law, helping clients navigate their legal matters effectively.

Outside of work, I channel the same curiosity into hands-on projects which includes repairing, building, and improving things around me. From household appliances to woodworking and cars. I enjoy understanding how things work and finding practical solutions, which keeps my mind sharp both professionally and personally.

Emma Runnals

I was raised in Pretoria North, Gauteng. I studied at the University of Pretoria, where I obtained my Bachelor of Arts specialising in Law (BA Law) degree in 2023 and my Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in 2025. I am currently completing my articles as a candidate attorney at NR Voyiatzakis Attorneys.

My work includes drafting legal documents, managing the litigation side of debt collections, and conducting research to strengthen our clients’ legal protection. I enjoy working closely with clients to provide clear, practical solutions, and I approach each matter with integrity and precision.

As I begin my legal career, I am committed to building strong professional relationships and delivering effective results.
